Easy weekday outfit for running errands

It’s the unspoken rule of life: the one day you decide to run to the post office wearing a sloppy outfit, that will be the one day you run into a work colleague or friend.

Let’s be real, none of us are looking to wear their best clothes for a day of grocery shopping or nursery runs, but there’s something to be said about easy outfits that can be thrown on in a second that will make you feel comfortable and put-together.

I always find myself reaching for a pair of white jeans and a great coat or blazer on those days when I can’t be bothered to think too much about getting dressed. It’s my failsafe, go-to outfit that I always feel good in no matter what.

A recent addition to my shoe collection is this pair of burgundy croc loafers by Carl Scarpa – which I absolutely love! They’re incredibly comfortable and look good paired with pretty much everything in my wardrobe. The green version is also on my wishlist and so are the Aubree tan leather loafers – I would style them with a pleated midi skirt and a crisp white shirt for meetings and a linen dress come Summer.

So, there you have it – my favourite no-fuss outfit for running errands. What do you like to wear when you’ve got a lot of places to go and not a lot of time on your hands?
