Nothing beats a chilled-out champagne afternoon break in a luxurious hotel , not to mention that you won’t need to escape London for that special treat you oh-so-much need .
The Moët & Chandon Summer Terrace hosted by Le Méridien Piccadilly between 9th of July – 31st of August 2014 is a stone’s throw from Piccadilly Circus , but it feels a million miles away from the city .
Elegant , situated above one of London’s most iconic streets , The Moët & Chandon Summer Terrace is a luxurious oasis in the heart of the city , boasting nautical touches such as chic Moët & Chandon striped deck chairs , life rings and a pop-up bar . Its design takes inspiration from the Terrace Grill & Bar’s original use as home to the hotel’s swimming pool in the 1930s .
We started our #MoetSummerTerrace experience with a chilled glass of Moët & Chandon Ice Impérial , the champagne that breaks the traditions as it is exclusively formulated to be served with ice – rich , medium-dry can be mixed with ingredients that heighten its freshness and aromatic intensity .
The new summer bar menu created by Chef Michael Dutnall is an absolute delight – mouth-watering smoked Scottish salmon rosettes served with seeded cracker bread and avruga caviar , English grilled asparagus , scrumptious Fillet steak & lobster burger were just a few of the fabulous dishes we tried whilst enjoying the Moët & Chandon Ice Impérial and the breathtaking views .
Open daily between 12PM to 10:30PM. From 9th of July to 31st of August 2014.
