From 14 to 16 of August took place the eleventh leg of the Longines Global Champions Tour of London , event organised on the iconic Horse Guards Parade ground offering stunning views over the London Eye across the river Thames .
To celebrate the launch of their third Premium Limited Equestrian Collection and their sponsorship of the Massimo Dutti Trophy at the Longines Global Champions Tour , the Spanish fashion emporium along with their dedicate team invited us to watch the event .
With a focus on effortlessly chic fall dressing , the Limited Edition Equestrian Collection is ” predominantly inspired by the elite equestrian lifestyle whilst remaining true to the Massimo Dutti minimalistic aesthetic “, explains Deborah PR Manager at Massimo Dutti over a glass of champagne .
The Spanish retailer excels at bringing options with a timeless allure , especially since all the options from the new line are beautifully crafted using high quality materials – so putting together an outfit has never been so easier !
The Premium Limited Collection revolves around a well defined colour palette of neutral tones of white , navy , brown , black and luxe berry and I deliberately stick to it when planned my equestrian inspired look .
I started my outfit with the Equestrian Limited Edition shirt with bow , a must-have piece for every woman’s wardrobe made from 100% Italian cotton fabric , with the brand’s chic initials embroidered on the cuffs . A thick , oversized scarf tied beautifully around the waist with a brown belt with crocodile effect embossing – available to buy at Massimo Dutti here , a pair of classic black trousers and patent pumps with a block heel . To finish off my look I opted for a shopper-style handbag in 100% leather with the same decorative crocodile-effect embossing as the belt , available to buy here .
A chic , easy-to-recreate look despite the clearly set theme which might seem a bit restrictive at first !
