Monday workout motivation

I don’t know about you, but there’s something really exciting and motivating about working out on a Monday that makes me feel like I’m off to the right start. After spending the weekend sitting on a couch watching Netflix, nothing feels as great as a successful workout, right?

Research shows that you’re more likely to work out the rest of the week if you start exercising on Monday. Plus working out will help you beat those ugly Monday morning blues.

I remember all those times I tried clothes on and they didn’t look good because of the extra weight, or the times I wanted to wear denim cutoffs but had to pick something else instead because my legs didn’t look fit enough. So try and remember why you start working out in the first place and stick to your plan.

I love clothes and nothing motivates me more than a new workout gear.
