The magic of the London Zoo at sunset

With London basking in glorious sunshine, what better excuse to take a day off and relax in the great outdoors?

There are so many things to do in London during Summer, but sometimes when it comes to narrowing down to one it can be hard to choose from.

How about organising a safari trip with your friends to experience the magic of the London Zoo at sunset?

London Zoo at sunset

Relax and be entertained as the sun goes down in the company of world’d most exotic and fascinating animals, get a taste of the world at the food market or just chill out at the Base Camp. All without leaving the country.

London Zoo, home to over 756 species of animals, needs little introduction. A visit to the London Zoo is a delight for both children and adults, as close encounters with many of the world’s creatures become a reality.

Upon entering the zoo, head straight to the Penguin Beach (personally my favourite) – opened in 2011, houses 70 Humboldt penguins, as well as a single male rockhopper penguin named Ricky.

Another personal favourite and recent addition is The Land of Lions. Sadly when we visited both lions were sleeping – animals need their beauty sleep, too.

Gear up for a day filled with animals encounters like you’ve never experienced before. But hurry, these limited ticket events take place from 6pm – 10pm only on selected evenings until 15th of July. To book a ticket or check the next available date, visit London Zoo official website.
