Just came back from a super-exciting press trip with Paul’s Boutique in Amsterdam where I visited their headquarters and attended their very first blogger event in Netherlands to celebrate the launch of their seriously-covetable AW15 collection.
Let’s face it, handbags are a long-term investment guaranteed to last a lot longer than passing trends. And every so often, a new brand and a new bag comes along and makes our heart race with excitement. Well now, Paul’s Boutique has had an unexpected makeover and launched some lust-worthy pieces which I can safely say look set to join the elite ranks of ‘It’ bag history pretty quickly.
I spotted Paul’s Boutique new handbags at their press day and instantly fell for their charms. Gone are the days when their handbags were modeled by all the teenagers, their A/W15 collection is sleek and sophisticated, the colours more grown-up and overall has a luxe feel. No matter what your style is, you’re certain to find a handbag that will fit in perfectly with the pieces in your wardrobe. And once you’ve picked your perfect design, you’ll be able to dress it up or down for work, cocktail parties or casual shopping trips.
I’m particular fan of Adele handheld bag in nude and Meg structured handbag in black, with a lush snake print effect. Or, if you’re after something slightly more colourful (I hear you girls!) you can still find some really cool prints. Don’t panic if you can’t find them in store – the bags are all available online.
Now back to my trip to Amsterdam, Paul’s Boutique and I organised a mini presentation for the bloggers attending where I shared my top secrets from the blogging world. I spoke about Dreaming of Chanel, about how I took the plunge to transform my blog into a business, about success, blogging highlights and failure.
