We all have a favourite spot that calls our name after a long day of work. Today I’m sharing with you bloggers’ most beloved space to hang out during fashion week and explain why The Apartment gives us the never-want-to-leave feeling.
Abisola Omole, CEO & Founder of The Apartment (pictured below with Henry Holland) is the creative mind behind this awesome project, launched in 2011 as a creative hub for bloggers to connect, get some work done and relax in between shows during London Fashion Week. I’ve been lucky enough to call this home for 4 seasons now and to be honest, with all the fun and creative things going on I could easily hang out there every single day.
The Apartment – bloggers’ favourite hangout spot during fashion week
Visually, The Apartment is every blogger’s dream space, filled with Instagram-worthy sofas, personalized desks, a walk-in wardrobe where bloggers can pick their favourite pieces to wear during fashion week, beauty stations, scrumptious food and overflowing drinks, marble tables and all the props bloggers need to create beautiful flat lays. Plus they even have their own in-house photographers to capture all the activities or shoot our outfits. Awesome, right?
The main space is the heart of The Apartment. They put so much thought into making this room functional with a big visual impact. It’s my favourite place to unwind, watch the shows LIVE or catch up with my blogger friends. I love the DFS 3-seater sofa in mid blue and the 4-seater sofa in grey because they’re oh-so-comfortable and bring colour to the main space.
With over 45 years of experience and expertise, DFS is the UK brand with the largest range of high quality, comfortable and stylish leather and fabric sofas. Now if only I can persuade my husband that we need a new sofa in the living room. Early Christmas present, perhaps?

Imagine waking up in the morning not having to think about your hair, make-up or even your outfit. The Apartment really is our style and beauty saviour during fashion week. Just look at all those clothes, shoes and accessories! Living the dream, eh?
You’ll be hard pressed to find a blogger who doesn’t want to be part of The Apartment family – take a peek at their Instagram page @theaptmt or scroll through hundreds of artfully composed flatlays using the hashtag #ApartmentJournal. You’re welcome!
