Want to take a dip in the beautiful outdoors of the French capital? The iconic Molitor was once the most famous swimming pools in Paris, until it closed in 1989 and spent the next 20 years escaping demolition. From theater performances to fashion shows, Molitor and its charming Art Deco design quickly became a magnet for all things chic in Paris, a place to see and be seen.
Tucked away in the outskirts of the French capital, Molitor reopened in May 2014, paying much attention to its original design and layout. The rooms of the renovated Molitor retain the same yellow-blue color scheme as the original, which was designed to look like an ocean linear.
As well as the outdoor pool, open all year round and heated at 28C, you can also indulge in a quality spa session by Clarins or sip a cocktail on the rooftop garden terrace offering breathtaking views of the Eiffel Tower. Please note the pool is not open to public, so you’ll have to book a room in order to use it.
